Endless conveyor belt is conveyor belt that has been made into endless without joint in the process of production, its feature is that there is no joint in belt carcass, and the belt shall not be shortened in service life due to early failure in the joints or the belt. The belt is flat in surface and even in tension .Hence, the belts could operation steadily with low tensile rate.

We manufacture endless conveyor belts in two ways.

The first is the traditional connection method (Endless with splicing ).

We will cut a belt from the vulcanized conveyor belt 200 meters/roll. Then use the hot vulcanized splice. The splicing method of the inner cloth is as follows:

The second connection method is new ( Endless without splicing).

The inner cloth is a whole wound into a circle. The structure of the inner cloth is as the following:

When the outer is covered top cover rubber and bottom cover rubber. Then hot vulcanize the whole endless belt. The appearance will be very flat, and the joint position can not be found.

The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods:

Endless with splicing:
Advantages: Low cost; Simple production.
Disadvantages: The splicing maybe will broken in using.

Endless without splicing:
advantages: Never disconnect; Flat appearance, not bumpy in operation; Suitable for electronic
scale belts; Suitable for high speed operation; Long using life.

disadvantages: High cost; Long production time.
