The first is the traditional connection method (Endless with splicing ).

1.The first step: We will cut a section from already vulcanized conveyor belt.

The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods:

Endless with splicing:

Advantages: Low cost; Simple production.

Disadvantages: The splicing maybe will broken in using.

Endless without splicing:

advantages: Never disconnect; Flat appearance, not bumpy in operation; Suitable for electronic scale belts; Suitable for high speed operation; Long using life.

disadvantages: High cost; Long production time.
