We select cotton canvas. nylon canvas and polyester canvas as belt .As for covering sizing. we adopt the blend of natural rubber and butadiene rubber, because the blend enjoys high elasticity, impact resistance and cold resistance and could be normally used in the situation with the temperature of below 40℃。

Application

It could be used to deliver materials in cold open-air areas of frozen warehouses.

Technical Indexes

Cold resistance conveyor belts could be classified into three types as Laceration resistant type (H),anti-abrasive type (D)and general Type(L)according to performance of the covering sizing.

It could be classifies into two levels as C1 and C2 according to the cold resistance. The operation temperature for C1 is -45~+50℃ and the operation temperature for C2 is -60+50℃。
