Generally installed on the side of the reversing roller, the speed sensor is installed on the bracket corresponding to the magnet, and the distance is not more than 50mm.

　　2. Coal stacking protection: When the guide rod of the coal level sensor deviates from the center line, fault protection and shutdown are realized. The sensor contact is located directly above the coal drop point, below the level of the unloading drum axis, and not more than 500mm from the upper surface of the front belt.

　　Third, deviation protection: when the guide rod of the deviation sensor deviates from the center line, the deviation fault protection is realized. Generally installed in pairs at a distance of 10 meters from the machine head, the guide rod is 50mm away from the outer edge of the trough roller, and the guide rod is perpendicular to the belt surface.

　　Four. Smoke protection: When smoke is generated, the smoke sensor sends this signal to the host to immediately realize smoke protection. It is generally installed directly above the belt 10 meters downwind from the active drum and less than 300mm from the top plate.

　　5. Temperature protection: When the temperature of the monitoring point exceeds the set temperature of the temperature sensor, temperature fault protection is realized. The temperature probe is generally installed at the contact surface of the active roller and the conveyor belt not exceeding 20mm.

　　Six. Automatic sprinkler: the nozzle is arranged at the place where the driving roller is separated from the conveyor belt, and within 100mm from the surface of the roller, the sprinkler can cool the tape and the roller at the same time.

　　Seven. Emergency stop protection along the line: When a certain emergency stop switch along the line is turned on, the stop protection function will be realized immediately. Generally, there are one for the nose and one for the tail, one every 100 meters in between.

　　8. Tear-tape protection: When the conveyor belt is torn, the tear-tape sensor transmits electrical signals to the host, and the host immediately realizes the parking protection function. Generally installed at the coal drop point 10m along the direction of the coal flow, between the upper and lower belts. A belt cleaner is generally installed before tearing protection.
