The current status of the overall belt core of coal mine conveyor belts in China. my country is a large coal producing country. In 2005, the total coal output was 2.11 billion tons, of which more than 80% were transported by belts. The number of more than 2,000 large and medium-sized mine belt conveyors in the country is about 25,000, and the total amount of belts is about 28 million meters, mainly PVC and PVG fabric whole-core flame-retardant conveyor belts. The usage in 2005 is about 7.5 million meters. The annual demand in 2010 is about 10 million meters. With the rapid development of the conveyor belt industry, the demand for the overall belt core of coal mine conveyor belts has also increased. At present, there are more than 100 factories producing integral belt cores for coal mines in my country, with a total annual output of more than 10 million long meters. Most companies can only produce small specifications and medium and low width belt cores (M1400, width 1.4m and below). The production capacity is severely surplus, and the market competition is very fierce. However, only a few can produce M1800 with a width of 1.4m or more. Manufacturers, the products of these manufacturers are in short supply.
